Birchbox chose Spring Forward for their March theme.
Starting with Gilchrist & Soames London Collection Shampoo, full size $16. Description: “Antioxidant-rich cleanser that perks up strands with botanicals like red tea and grapeseed. Work a small amount through damp strands, building into a lather, and rinse.”
The matching Gilchrist & Soames London Collection Conditioner, full size $16. Description: “This light formula nourishes and strengthens to restore hair to its peak health. Apply to damp hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends, and rinse.” I gifted both of these to my mother, she has more hair issues than I do.
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Night Cream, full size $51. Description: “You snooze, you win. This overnight hydrator restores and firms skin with antioxidants. Before bed, warm between fingertips and press onto face and neck, avoiding eye area.” It was interesting getting the Jurlique serum in my Birchbox, that had lavender so I couldn’t try it but I can’t wait to try this out!
Mally Lip Magnifier in Tulip, full size $20. Description: “Created by a celeb makeup artist, this creamy pigment gives lips a full ‘n’ glossy effect. Line lips with the pencil before shading them in completely.” It’s amazing how this lip pencil really looks glossy, without the stickiness. It’s a gorgeous sheer pearly shade too.
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Eye Cream, full size $40. Description: “Antioxidant-rich hydrator that smooths and depuffs while brightening dark circles. Morning and night, tap a pea-sized amount onto undereye area.”
They also included a treat from Ghirardelli. Description: “Take a timeout to embrace Ghirardelli’s Cherry Tango Square. After you try the unique blend of deep dark chocolate, tangy cherry, and satisfying almond crunch, we dare you not to do a little happy dance.” Sounds good!
This was an alright box, I was really excited about the Mally Lip Magnifier!
